Fantastic Experience

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend these apartments to others. One of the standout features of these apartments was their location – the beach was just a short two minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy all that the coast has to offer. The apartments themselves were also spacious and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
In addition to the great amenities, the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond to any requests we had, and even provided some small extra touches to make our stay even more enjoyable. The host also generously offered us a free late checkout, which was greatly appreciated.
In short, we had a wonderful stay at these apartments and would highly recommend them to others. The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable apartments, and a thoughtful host made for a truly memorable vacation.
The Quiet Side of New Providence

Dealing with the management was great. They were helpful from my first email until I departed. They were available to assist every day but other than having some wonderful conversations were not needed. I was in a 3 bedroom unit. Each room had its own washroom making it a great location for friends to stay. The unit was clean and we were greeted upon arrival by Charlene. She assisted us to the unit and spent time to answer all of our questions.
Located in Coral Harbor on the south west of the island, this Condo is away from the busy Nassau traffic. If you are wanting to get away and experience a secluded beach this spot is for you. If you are wanting to tour the island I would recommend a rental car or making arrangements with a local taxi driver for your needs. There are no taxis travelling past but there is a phone in the unit to make local calls.
I will definitely recommend them to friends and plan to visit them again on my next Bahamas adventure.
Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable

Stayed for 2 nights in March 2014…on our way to little deadman’s cay on Long Island. Charlene and Willie are the BEST hosts you could ask for.

This condo is in a residential neighborhood, very quiet and private.
you will need a car, as it is about 20 minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the airport. We knew we weren’t going to leave the property so we opted to get a taxi instead of a rental ($35). Just remember to stop at a store for grub and stuff before you let the taxi go.
A private neighborhood beach across the street, that the locals don’t use, so virtually you are on your own beach. There is one bar/rest in walking distance.
Perfect spot if you’ve had enough of the tourist junk and just want to enjoy The Bahamas and the water.
We are anxious for our next visit!

Our family spent a week in the Waterway Condos in Nassau Bahamas and we were very pleased with our accommodations.
We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms and the surrounding area. The kitchen was complete and allowed us to make our own meals when we wished. However, we usually chose to visit the local restaurants where the cuisine was terrific.
Waterway was quiet, clean, private and extremely relaxing. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Owner, WIlliam Delancy, went out of his way to make sure we were able to find all the activities we asked about. The opportunities for fun are endless, including great fishing. If you like to Bone Fish this is the place. The stay was awesome.
I could not have asked for better place to stay with proximity to all the attractions in Naussau but with a little distance to allow for great down time and privacy.
Waterway is right on a canal and only a few short steps from the beach, which in reality, was essentially a private beach time we were there.
I highly recommend Waterway as an affordable and private place to stay while visiting Nassau.
